Nice colors of the palm tree in the backyard. Above was told that positioning the chicken on low in their house was not a good idea. After losing 2 hens to a big python snake we started to reinforce the chook house. We but new mesh with smaller holes. Now the only chicken we have left is sleeping in a double cage. The inner cage is built to be extremely snake proof.

During the day the door is open and she can go out. First she jumps to the bigger cage and from there throught the small door to her backyard.

When going to work we can see Sumi dog crying after us: "Take me with you! please !". She gets her 1 hour walk in the morning from Timo and another in the evening from Nancy. That's not enough for a little active beagle-cross.
