	In Cairns you can see a rainbow very often. The building is the oldest commercial building in town. There used to be Harris Brothers clothing shop in it until June 2005.
	While we are at work the animals have spend their time in the backyard. Bluey and Maxi are playing. Sometimes Maxi is a bit harsh to her.
	Bluey used to play with Misu too when he was younger but now they are just friends.
	Our verandah. On the left there is a neighbour with a dog. On our side there is a herb garden near the fence. We brought pandan leaves, aloe vera and tapioca from Woodstock and re-planted it here. We also brough Kannas that were originally from our first rental in Douglas. On the right there is a door to the kitchen/living room.
	Kitchen that is combined to living room. On the right there is the door to the verandah that you can see in the picture above. going further past the door there will be bathroom, toilet and the bedrooms along the long hallway. On the left behind the window there is the neighbour's jungle.
	This is from Woodstock in mid May 2005. We had to catch all the 4 cats before moving. A day before we put Lolitha in a big cage and kept her there. She took it better than we thought.
	Whenever something new comes up Kitti goes to have a look. Here she is exploring the pile of moving boxes in Woodstock. When we were about to leave the house and put the cats in cages, there was no proper cage for Kitti. We thought that she's so easy that we can just put her in a caryy bag with zipper. She managed to open the bag and run away. She climbed the huge mango tree and stayed there. We managed to persuate here to come down by offering her her favourite food, Ocean Fish Iams dry food. She got the change to say good-bye to here favourite tree causing only about 15 mins delay in our plans. On May 13th at 5.30 PM we had all the 4 cats and 2 dogs in the car and were driving to Cairns.

	Beach fron boulevard in Machans beach, only 5 minutes walk from our house. Nancy often walks here with the dogs. Timo rather goes to the bush.
	Machans beach is situated right behind the Cairns airport. Planes are landing not over the beach but less than 2 km towards the coast, about where the cane firelds start.
	This is the house in Gatton street where time was living for about 5 weeks. He rent a room from a Polish lady with her 2 dogs.
	Timo chose this house for us to rent. it doesn't look beautiful but it was best of those that he was inspecting. this was the most quiet and private mostly due to the neighbours jungle that you can see on the left behind the house.
	We go to Rusty's market to buy fruits and vegetables. Lots of Asians are selling there.
	Rusty's markets are located in the centre of the city and are open at weekends.

	Lots of sand, water, green. And fresh cool air in the winter.
	Nancy brings the dogs to the beach for a walk in the afternoon.
	Timo goes to more bushy areas early in the morning, usually at 5 a clock.
	Dogs spend time in the verandah from where they can go to the backyard.

	In the backyard there are the dukcs Elvis and Mavis.
	The dogs enjoy going for a car ride. June 2005 we went swimming in lake Placid, near Cairns.
	Our former landlady and landlords from Woostock visited us. They brought the ducks for us. We took cable car to Kuranda. That is a small mountain village in the middle of rain forest.
	In the end of July 2007 there was a peace festival in the Machans Beach school.
	Like from 70's ...
	They didn't have BBQ, they didn't drink beer. Just had fun with music ... People formed a Pentagram peace sign in the field.
	10 mintues walk from the house there are sugar cane fields and little forests by the river. At weekends there are people fishing there but in the morning it's quiet.
